Matt Walsh — conservative speaker, author of Church of Cowards: A Wake-Up Call to Complacent Christians, and host of “The Matt Walsh Show” (featured on The Daily Wire) – is slated to give a speech this Thursday on the “Delusions of Gender: How the Left Turns Boys into Girls” at The University of Texas at Austin.
The Young Conservatives of Texas chapter at UT Austin will be hosting Walsh’s speech at the University Teaching Center (UTC) in room 2.112 A on April 22nd at 6:30 p.m. The speech is free and open to all UT students. According to The Daily Wire, Matt Walsh “is known for boldly tackling the tough subjects and speaking out on faith and culture in a way that connects with his [millennial] generation and beyond.”
Jordan Clements, the Chairman of the Young Conservatives of Texas chapter at UT Austin, stated: “We at YCT have been looking forward to hosting Matt Walsh ever since we were first offered the opportunity earlier this semester. Back in 2016, we hosted Ben Shapiro before he soared in popularity, and we believe Matt Walsh is on a similar trajectory. We are excited and ready to have our best in-person event of the semester!”
